What you’ll achieve

Lead the way in Software Sales hand in hand with the Dell Technologies organization! From developing accounts to driving expansion across existing accounts, our Sales Team transforms opportunities into action every day. Whether focusing on a geographical area, product line, industry, channel or market segment, their goal is the same: to develop relationships with the end-users of the organization and generate meaningful sales. They are the direct line between our ground-breaking portfolio of product solutions and the desks of satisfied customers.


You will:

  • Support the most complex opportunities. Gain access and manage relationships with executive level personnel and decision makers.

  • Demonstrate the value of a complex product and/or service technology to advance customer’s business objectives. Use a complete and expert understanding of the industry, competitors, and marketplace to present a highly differentiated and positive value of our solution.

  • Investigates unusual and complex matters of significance discovered by other product specialists to ensure that appropriate solutions are developed to address current and potential problems

  • Provides insight and thought leadership to critical customers concerning applicability of our most advanced products and service technologies. Leverages third party/channel expertise on a regular basis as part of complex solutions to position the overall value of our solution

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience selling enterprise software and large multi-year ELA’s into Enterprise Accounts and ability to manage complex negotiations with all levels of clients.

  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota while maintaining customer loyalty and required product margins

  • Strong understanding and the ability to evangelize on the value of transformational business cases to drive and accelerate a sales campaign using knowledge of the IT industry, software and enterprise license agreements

  • Strategic account planning experience, history of pro-active creation and ongoing management of detailed account plans

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience with Enterprise License Agreements and Transformation Business Cases is a significant advantage

  • Professional qualification in Business, Management, Computer Science, or Engineering fields
