Leading SaaS players and enterprise customers such as salesforce.com, NetSuite, Taleo, oneworld, AAA, and NASDAQ rely on Dell Boomi to accelerate time to market, increase sales, and eliminate the headaches associated with integration.

As aSenior Business Development Manager for this area of the business you will:

  • Build and develop the Italian partner ecosystem: as per Boomi GTM for Italy, acquire key strategic local system integrators. Position the benefits of Boomi to stakeholders to make them familiar with our competitive values.
  • Enablement: cooperate with Boomi global partner team to enable existing partners (continuous improvement) and newly acquired on all aspects of the business (sales, technical, post sales etc.).
  • Work in conjunction with Boomi global GSI Alliance team to develop extremely mutual successful relationships with top global system integrators (GSI).
  • Closely collaborate with Dell EMC organization to generate incremental opportunities and execute against Dell Technologies alliance strategy and business plan, develop cadence, and measure/report performance.
  • Business development: closely support the whole channel network in order to achieve the identified revenue target for the region.
  • Conduct periodic management reviews to assess past performance and future actions to ensure attainment of goals.

Essential Requirements

  • Multi-year experience in selling Software-as-a-Service and/or enterprise software.
  • Experience working with mid-size local system integrators as well as large global system integrators. Proven established network and connections in Italy.
  • Strong business acumen combined with a good understanding of Infrastructure and of SaaS technologies and solutions.
  • Able to be hands-on and be directly involved in sales cycle and forecasting, in conjunction with the Boomi Italian sales team.
  • Comfortable in a start-up environment - we’re looking for someone who is proactive and independent
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
