What you’ll achieve

In the Next Generation Sales Academy (NGSA), you will engage in an intense program that will prepare you for long-term success within the Dell Technologies Sales organization. Over the course of two to three years, you will join our organization as an Associate Inside Sales Representative where you’ll receive premier training from both a technology and sales perspective. On average, you will be in this role for 6-12 months. Next you will have the opportunity to be promoted to an Inside Sales Representative, where you’ll carry a quota and run all aspects of a sales campaign. From here, you have the ability to take your career to the next level in outside field sales, sales management, or a specialty selling role. We often see those who are successful in this program having 2-3 jobs in your first 3 years, all with more responsibility, a bigger contribution, and a bigger paycheck.

You will:

  • Be immersed in the sales and technology industry by talking to customers and qualifying opportunities to drive company revenue

  • Be exposed to the NGSA management team, full time inside sales representatives, field teams, renewals team, and development team

  • Participate in white board competitions, group messaging competitions, and meet daily or weekly call metrics

Essential Requirements

  • Completed Associates or Bachelors degree prior to start date

  • Passionate about a sales career in the technology industry

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A leader with resilient work ethic who is reliable, confident, driven and coachable

  • Ability to influence others and convey a sense of urgency to drive issues to closure
