What you'll achieve:
As the Creative Manager on Global Loyalty, you'll own the way our Loyalty program communicates with customers through Marcom. You'll maintain strong relationships with creative teams, Loyalty Strategy and Regional Program Managers to understand and translate messaging priorities and variations by segment and region. With large changes coming to the program, there is an opportunity to drive a better customer experience with simple, compelling messaging based on value to Dell Technologies and the customer. Go beyond Consumer Small Business into B2B, evolve communications as we work toward our North Star Loyalty program.
Develop creative briefs for Loyalty Reimagine and ongoing communications as the program evolves
Own integrating loyalty team feedback into creative output
Be a “change agent” for innovative and compelling creative
Work with stakeholders to provide Loyalty POV by understanding strategy and how it relates to customers
Develop Loyalty strategy on customer communications on needed refreshes
Scale communications from CSB to introducing in B2B and understanding customer & business priorities by audience
Consistently put customer first

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
4+ years of experience in marketing with a track record of measurable results preferably in the consumer electronics or IT industry
4+ years in developing and executing marketing campaigns
Knowledge of Marcom process – from creative to in-market delivery
Familiarity with CRM strategies, objectives and best practices
Proven ability to develop creative briefs
Ability to create processes in a cross-functional, matrixed environment and adapt them as needed
Good organizational agility and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of business in a virtual organization
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment and manage through ambiguity to drive results
Effective executive communication and strong analytical skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Balanced Experience in RTB marketing functions
Experience in Loyalty marketing
