Cybersecurity Solutions Architect - Identity Access Management

Overview
An Identity and Access Manager (IAM) subject matter expert, you will deliver and support processes and technologies used to manage the lifecycle of digital identities and access to Dell resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Articulates service offerings (what we do and how we do it).
Participates in application capacity planning analysis and facilitates application proof of concepts
Develops complex solutions to business problems through in-depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers
Communicates security risks and solutions to business partners and technology teams across the organization
Performs research, design, and promotes new technologies, standards, or methodologies that will strengthen our security posture, reduce our risk exposure, and improve our overall user experience
Provides leadership and subject matter expertise in design and execution to meet both functional and non-functional requirements in alignment with overarching strategy and roadmap
Solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem
Communicates with management to explain complex technical scenarios and business impact
Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 12+ years relevant experience or equivalent
IAM SME, knowledge of market IAM solutions, IAM architecture and the ability to make the best recommendations, setting the best path forward for the organization.
Focused experience on authentication and directory technologies; expert knowledge of technology integrations and relationships
Experience working with both leadership and technology staff to provide the right level of guidance and help to achieve delivery objectives
Experience dealing with high volume systems and designing solutions for reliability and performance at scale
Experience designing business solutions, producing project materials, and implementing IAM solutions for high-visibility global projects
Desired Requirements
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)
Expert knowledge of single sign-on (PingFederate, PingAccess, NGINX); multi-factor authentication (RSA SecurID Access) and LDAP directories (Radiant VDS, Oracle Unified Directory, Redhat LDAP, Active Directory)
Expert Knowledge of SAML/OAuth/OIDC
Experience with DevOps CI/CD Pipeline (Docker/Kubernetes)
Experience in building and leveraging relationships to influence peers, stakeholders, and leadership of various levels
Knowledge of and experience with Agile methodologies
