What you’ll achieve

The Digital Content Management team is seeking a Content Management Project Manager to support the deployment of the IT roadmaps.  Candidates will work to deliver projects to dell.com driven by various stakeholders within the Marketing, IT, and business organizations. Candidates will work closely with the content management online teams, dell.com IT, and various business stakeholders globally.

You will:

  • Coordinate the pipeline of activities that are required to support the content/features/functionality being deployed to dell.com
  • Coordinate with IT Development teams for feature requests, requirements gathering, and UAT tasks for upcoming CMS functionality.
  • Deliver Content Management training sessions and create documentation.
  • Manage the supporting updates in any environment (SIT/WIP/PROD)
  • Communication with the business stakeholders on all updates relevant to new feature deployments
  • Represent the Content Management team in core team meetings
  • Communication out to management on successful launch of projects
  • Assist with testing of new features/functionality as part of launch activities
  • Identify automation opportunities
  • Be the subject matter experts for your defined area
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise and reporting back RCAs

Essential Requirements:

  • 8+ years’ experience of relevant program/project management experience
  • Ability to adapt and leverage experience in a dynamic, growth environment
  • High level of situational awareness, with the ability to influence others, take action that will yield results quickly and seek to understand what is already in place
  • Capability to clearly communicate technical matters and build relationships with decision makers
  • Proven experience with various program methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Pivotal)
  • Experience working with cross functional global teams and stakeholders

Desirable Requirements

  • PMP certification
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to be tactful in conversations
  • Strong teamwork, business acumen, and customer advocacy skills
