Our IT Security team supports our customers with security infrastructure design, operation and support. As well as planning and installing network security systems, we investigate vulnerabilities and incidents relating to firewalls and systems to provide a timely response to security alerts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with leadership to set strategic and tactical goals to lower security risk exposure to 3rd party software and configuration vulnerabilities
  • Drive vision and charter; Influence and drive decisions that impact architecture, roadmap and strategy to support long term configuration management compliance requirements
  • Develop and deliver communications to management and stakeholders
  • Communicate highly technical problems with high and low-level details
  • Drive a continuous focus of using automation to replace repeatable, operational tasks
  • Work with multiple delivery teams to take ownership and accountability of delivery of configuration updates
  • Control new issues from entering environment by implementing configuration management council
  • Be a team builder, mentoring other technical program managers, challenging and motivating them


Required Qualifications

12+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience; prefer 4+ years managerial/leadership experience - Experience to include:

  • Strong understanding and experience with Windows and Linux OS, Database platforms, Java, .Net
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Executive presentation experience (will have to present improvements and accomplishments to VPs, SVPs on a periodic basis
  • Establish a new function, hire and ramp up a global team
  • Be a team builder, mentoring other technical program managers, challenging and motivating them
  • Experience in Cybersecurity functions and Knowledge of Kenna tool are a strong plus
