Manager 2, Sales Operations


Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes.

Role

Drect supervision for team responsible for providing S&P Third Party Large Opportunity PM support. Implement guidance from Large Ops Leader.  Plans and oversees the daily activities of a team.  Assumes responsibility for service, quality, and improved cycle time PM support.  Work directly with cross-functional teams such as Procurement, SKU Management, & Regional Marketing to ensure we follow best practices for distribution management.  Accountable for budget, schedule, and results of a project team or work group.


Responsibilities

Directs Sales training to promote team and highlight applicable changes.

Promotes collaboration and accountability to define, track, and perform to business objectives.

Sets and communicates clear expectations for work outcomes and manages performance.

Maintains internal and/or external customer and vendor relationships.

Presents problem analysis, data analysis, reporting, and recommends solutions in a creative and logical manner.

Essential Requirements

Undergraduate degree and 6+ years relevant  sales operations and leadership experience or equivalent experience

Ability to solve complex business problems

Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Project Management Experience

Working knowledge of Dell applications, i.e. DOMS, DPS, YODA, HARMONY, D3, GFX, Power BI


Desirable Requirements

Ability to speak and write in Spanish
