What you’ll achieve

As the Marketing Operations Manager you'll responsible for trailblazing a new process around channel-aligned ‘sales plays’ for both Channel partner accounts and Channel led end-user accounts.  The role will work extensively with Channel and Segment marketing teams, sales leadership, and with the COC/Product teams around designing both the overall process for Channel Plays and executing the quarterly roadmap once developed.  Applicants should be comfortable working with ambiguity and leading via persuasion, as this role will have to juggle several groups of stakeholders with different objectives and priorities. Attention to detail, along with the ability to grasp and translate outbound capabilities into sales team benefits is crucial.You will be expected to become an expert on our outbound capabilities and to translate this knowledge into high-impact channel programs.

You will:

  • Project manage channel outbound initiatives, working closely with regional and global marketing teams and channel stakeholders

  • Understand the capabilities of our plays tools and the data that support them

  • Build a channel outbound strategy that translates direct play best practices into channel program best practices

  • Drive the evolution of channel outbound capabilities by partnering with other regions to drive new IT capabilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the NA Outbound team and the Channel Marketing organization

Essential Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in marketing, analytics and/or operations roles

  • Project management or Consulting background

  • Experience with B2B marketing

  • Experience with relationship sales model

  • Experience with channel-led sales model


Desirable Requirements

  • Salesforce.com experience

  • Excel/MS Office

  • Data visualization (Tableau / PowerBI)
