What you’ll achieve

You will develop and apply workplace knowledge, building toward a specification in sales and marketing.  Key focus areas will include sales lead distribution between partners and sales operations as well as establishing a lead tracking process through available sales tools. You will learn how OEM Solutions partners with customers and resellers to innovate and deliver unique hardware, software and services solutions

You Will:

• Partner with support organizations to learn operations and sales tools including Salesforce.com

• Engage with sales leaders and team members to learn selling motions and best practices

• Develop organizational behavior skills and establish corporate workplace ethic

• Cultivate effective communication skills and executive presence

• Manage project(s) that will impact revenue growth to the business 

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products

• Strong analytical, decision-making and organizational skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Presentation skills

Desired Requirements

• Marketing or sales experience

• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams

• Prior experience partnering and working effectively with multiple teams across a large global organization
