What you’ll achieve
As a Service Delivery Principal Engineer, you will demonstrate value to our customers by becoming a trusted partner and helping to secure and track assets—while maximizing return on hardware investments. You will also demonstrate your leadership skills, by guiding a team in the analysis and continuous improvement of our customer’s data to provide meaningful and actionable reporting.
You will:
Lead the efforts of a cross-functional team to reduce risk and maximize value for our customers
Build business relationships and sustain effective collaboration
Communicate best practices for a mature ITAM program
Implement inspired process improvements and efficiency concepts

Here’s what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 7 years of related experience in IT Asset Management
Good working knowledge of ITSM tools and end-point management systems
The ability to identify and eliminate risks and process gaps, Data analysis skills and insights
Willingness to travel (10-25%) as required
