WinRoom Support Regional Program Lead

Join us as the WinRoom Support Regional Program Lead on our IT Service Operations team in North America to do the best work of your career and make a profound business impact.

What you’ll achieve

The Americas WinRoom Support team provides support for our Americas business partners that work toward the growth of our Premier business.This role will work directly with our Online Business Managers, Business Transformation Office, IT Developers, and E2E Experience Leads to gather change requirements, triage and solve issues, as well as help establish priority for all items that promote online growth and enablement.You will provide weekly business updates to various business partners including Directors & Vice Presidents on new and high priority opportunities.

Responsibilities

As the Regional Team Lead you'll help drive a small team of Americas agents all working together tointake requirements for the challenges found preventing online growth.You'll work directly with key business partners to prioritize and drive solutions.The issues and changes you will be driving are all centered on online adoption and moving orders from an offline sales process through to an online solution.

Extensive attention to detail and documentation is needed to properly articulate the needs of the business partners to our IT teams.In this role you may need to "read between the lines" to fully understand what is needed from business partners to facilitate a solution for growth.Being able to clearly articulate these requests are a must.

Essential Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of related experience with technical aptitude
  • Experience in Change Management
  • Experience in VP escalation management
  • Strong verbal and written skills in English
  • Strong presentation skills including both building decks and oral presentation of material
  • Experience in office products such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Azure DevOps & OneNote

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of Dell Premier ecosystem applications such as Premier, Global Portal, B2B, DSA, GCM, etc…
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Previous technical experience in troubleshooting simple and complex website issues
