Global DTS Sales Programs Director - Managed Services

We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

What you’ll achieve
As a Global DTS Sales Programs Director you will drive revenue generation and eco system improvement programs for DTS Managed Services portfolio through all channels and prepare for APEX. We are seeking a thought leader for the development and implementation of APEX for Service Sales who can set visions, goals and lead complex initiatives spanning across services and our business partners. This role will have you represent a coherent sales view of the requirements to operations, delivery, product and program development.

You will:

  • Deliver the overall performance of DTS Managed Services (CMS, IMS, MDR, ProManage and APEX)

  • Champion the development of business reporting for management and sales

  • Manage multiple stakeholder relationships in sales, delivery, PG, COC and marketing

  • Drive best practice, engage with the Global channel team to integrate services into key channel programs like Partner Advantage, Partner rebate initiatives 

  • Undertake initiatives in response to operational issues, senior management requests, actions from operations reviews

Essential Requirements

  • Domain experience in an aspect of managed services (sales, marketing, product development or delivery)

  • Extensive experience in sales / understanding of sales behaviors and processes

  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills

  • Strong financial acumen and commercial decision making capability as well as being analytical and comfortable with numbers

  • Ability to influence others and build strong working relationships

Desirable Requirements

  • Excellent understanding of competitors and their products as well as potential partner relationships for Business Development

  • Deep understanding of services marketplace

  • MBA level education an advantage
