Senior Principal Product Manager – Dell Cloud Consulting Services

What you’ll achieve
In this role you will help drive the vision, strategy, leadership and overall success for the next generation of Dell Technologies Cloud Consulting and Advisory Services. We strongly believe that the Product Manager is the GM and proxy P&L owner philosophy for their portfolio of products. The Product Manager is the voice of the customer and will be responsible for product strategy and management of a Cloud Consulting Services offer from creation, launch, to end-of-life.

Identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities for Dell Technologies Cloud Consulting and Advisory Services
Evaluate in-depth market analysis and leads business case for the next generation of Consulting service offers
Oversee and drive Consulting service offers through the portfolio management process including business case and resource requirements
Manage product portfolio roadmap and works to scope opportunities and obtain appropriate funding for new programs
Ensure that Consulting offers reflect market and customer requirements.
Prioritize features and specifications, applying budget, timeline and other constraints
Work across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of portfolio decisions to all stakeholders
Work extensively with Product Marketing to build marketing plans and drive them through the organization
Review offer evaluation metrics from multiple sources and ensures they are incorporated in future versions.

Experience in owning a portfolio services and defining long-term strategy and vision
Possess strong business & entrepreneurial acumen with strategic, analytical, and critical thinking
Drive strategic product communications through presentations across organizations providing clarity in decisions
Have experience in interacting with customers in the IT industry. Examples: Hyper-scalers, Enterprise IT, Co-Location companies, MSPs, etc.
Possess a track record of having successfully delivered on complex projects and possess global experience.

15+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12+ years and a Master’s degree. 7+ years’ Technology Industry experience in Services Portfolio Management and/or Consulting services delivery.
Experience defining and developing successful Cloud consulting and professional service offers.
Prior experience with Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform related Consulting and professional services .
Demonstrated experience in influencing, negotiating, and collaborating across multiple Sr. Leadership teams.
Proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high value objectives.
Premier communicator with exemplary writing skills and an innate ability to make very complex concepts and offerings simple and intuitive.
Team player, supporting and promoting team accomplishments with a proven ability to drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization in a highly fluid environment.
This person will be seen throughout the organization as a model of integrity and ethical behavior.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends.
Experience defining projects, collecting requirements, writing detailed functional specifications, coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new feature sets.
