Social Media Marketing  Gaming Global Integration Manager (REMOTE)

Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific location, department or product, our teams drive marcom strategy – from making budget recommendations to defining roadmaps and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing policies and activities, from market research through brand management and product development to pricing.

What you’ll achieve
As the Social Media Global Gaming Integration Manager you will support global teams to build an efficient full funnel strategy focused on Gaming audience across all regions, leading a governance model to ensure Go To Market initiatives aligned with business needs, media & key social media platforms.

You will:

  • In partnership with the Global Field Marketing and Global Social Media & Creative teams, develop a global mid funnel social media strategy for all platforms while leveraging playbooks for execution with measurable impact across reach, impressions, traffic and sales

  • Work with the agencies involved in the Social Media Hub, supporting an effective planning & strategy process, briefing, analyzing content, and calendarization of Dell Gaming mid funnel social deliverables to drive best-in-class paid, owned and earned social media

  • Help identify, source and manage relevant influencers to build our brand and product strategies

  • Establish measurement and reporting structure to evaluate impact of mid funnel social strategy including ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams internally/externally with agencies/vendors to forecast, drive, and monitor performance

  • Stay current with and assess industry and social media trends, tools, platforms, innovations, and best practices while showcasing the ability/desire to create/find new levels and opportunities to test and learn

  • Work with Shopper Insights + Media Agencies to understand platform trends and how to best align with customer behavior and expectations

Essential Requirements

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills - ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, and across multiple stakeholder teams

  • 8+ years experience managing social media or digital marketing programs

  • Background in Social Media strategy and programs

  • Demonstrate solid project management and ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently. Effectively handle multiple ad-hoc requests/projects

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple direction changes


Desirable Requirements

  • Strong business and financial acumen; experience in driving operational excellence

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills in a multi-cultural environment

  • Excellent attention to detail w/ability to think outside the box creatively
