Role Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and prioritize partnership opportunities with leading SaaS providers and build the business case to support any necessary resources or investments
  • Enter into the appropriate partnership agreements and manage Boomi’s participation in the relevant partner programs, collaborating with Boomi’s product team to manage any associated technology requirements  
  • Build go to market plans to grow mutual customer counts and drive pipeline/revenue for each partnership
  • Act as an advocate for Boomi within the partner’s ecosystem, effectively communicating and educating the partner and its implementation partners on our joint value proposition, competitive differentiators, joint customer successes, and overall relationship status
  • Actively monitor and track each partner’s activities, announcements, product strategies and organization changes in order to prioritize initiatives and ensure proper Boomi alignment  
  • Work with the Boomi sales leaders to define and execute programs to drive leads, opportunities and revenue out of the partner’s ecosystem
  • Serve as an overlay to our Boomi system implementation/services partner managers to help drive more opportunities out of partner’s ecosystem
  • Continuously assess annual performance metrics and outcomes to nurture growth and partner satisfaction


  • 5+ years of related strategic alliance or sales experience or combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years working with SaaS or cloud providers - either directly or as a member of their partner ecosystem
  • Proven ability to develop field-level relationships to drive pipeline and revenue
  • Self-starter who is comfortable taking initiative and operating in a faced-paced, fluid environment
  • A team player with a proven capability to collaborate and work across all levels of the organization
  • Creative problem solver with an ability identify and champion win-win scenarios
  • Technical aptitude/acumen
  • A capacity to clearly communicate and present information, including to C-level executives
  • Expertise and acumen in developing joint business and go to market plans with business partners 
  • History of exceeding business objectives and partner satisfaction metrics
  • Estimated 40% travel, included but not limited to partner meetings, conferences, on-site enablement activities


  • Experience establishing new partnerships and go to market channels
  • Integration experience desired
