Launch Manager- APEX

Key Responsibilities

You will get the chance to work broadly across Dell to define and deliver our APEX launches. You’ll build a repeatable, efficient, and effective launch process (from planning through delivery and measurement) and then implement (and iterate) on that process, driving improvements, and reporting out on results. Through all your work, you will the key person responsible for connecting all the teams working on launches and organizing that work to align with marketing timelines and priorities. If you are a master organizer who gets along well with lots of people and loves to deliver big projects, this is a role for you!


You will:

  • Lead the launch process for quarterly APEX launches including large events like Dell Technologies World and other interim launches as needed
  • Define, align, and structure launch tiers and the content bill of materials
  • Define the launch shuttle program and drive its execution
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships to drive planning and decision making across strategic partner organizations
  • Use data to track progress and drive process improvement while reporting out progress to a broad set of stakeholders across the organization and across the leadership team


Essential Requirements

  • 12+ years of post-undergraduate work experience/education in program/service/product launch management
  • Ability to work, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple priorities 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and to influence up, down, and laterally, to drive win-win solutions with data driven decision making
  • Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking that drove process/program improvement


Desirable Requirements

  • 3+ years experience doing large scale IT services launches
  • 6+ years experience in the B2B IT/tech industry
