Sales Operations Advisor 

Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible.

What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Operations Advisor, you will enable clients to maximize returns on IT investments, drive efficiencies and reduce costs. You will play a meaningful role in meeting customers’ needs, as well as crafting and maintaining a global portal for customer accounts. You will build positive relationships, ensuring an outstanding experience for both our customers and our sales teams.
You will:
  • Implements data driven process improvements for workgroup to improve customer experience or productivity in China Medium business . Assists with implementation of solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with functional or customer objectives based on analytics. Recommends and implements sales force performance strategies and tracking models on the basis of analytical findings.
  • Supports key strategic initiatives, and the development of long-term growth plans and profitability objectives. Collects and analyzes data required for modelling and other project objectives. Identifies and evaluates product and segment strategies, using qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Creates forecasting and resource allocation models that include multiple scenarios and provide a user interface with what-if functionality. Supports Writing reports, presentations, memos, and other communications and possesses excellent listening, persuasion, presentation and communication skills.
  • Works cross-functionally to gain buy-in, support, and assistance for the project goals during and after project lifecycle from data perspective. Tracks and monitors project work plans, including objectives, tasks and time frames to ensure deliverables are completed on time. Responds to changing project circumstances and communicates issues to project leadership Drive deep integration with key program stakeholders, understand business & program objectives, assess impact on metrics, Provide appropriate depth of analysis leading to actionable recommendations, identify low-hanging fruit, ideation and development of business impact ideas in conjunction with program managers, inputs for continuous business improvements. Demonstrated excellence in handling ambiguity, working in multi-disciplinary teams, having a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong desire to learn & development .
  • Support Global Go-To-Market transformation programs and initiatives to assist profitable growth of the commercial business while leveraging excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Translate strategic vision into data/information requirements and transform the data gathered from various sources into an analytical environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Proficient user of Database management skills SQL as well as Excel, Word, PPT.
  • Good business sense, team player.
  • Strong sense of responsibility to be able to work under high pressure.
  • University bachelor degree or above in economics, management, database management, or equivalent experience
  • Good Chinese and English communication skills

Desirable Requirements

  • Project management experience would be a plus.
  • Self motivated with good attention to detail and work independently
