When our customers are looking for IT consulting expertise, where else would they turn but to the company driving human progress through technology? Our Solutions Architecture team within Professional Services are experts in package customization and integration as well as total, end-to-end solutions in targeted industry segments. After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership for technical solutions, white papers, presentations, demonstrations, trade show participation, field sales and customer consulting, and customer briefing workshops.
  • Translate, transfer and disseminate acquired Dell Technologies products and technologies knowledge to both internal and external customers. Conduct product/solution customer/partner engagements such as technical briefings, workshops, and proof-of-concepts at the Solutions Center.
  • Acquire, develop, execute and document solution information comparing Dell Technologies solutions to the industry. Influence development efforts/scope with technical documentation and training materials.
  • Develop, build and document solutions, within the structure of the Customer Solution Centers, for the market place which require regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
  • The technologies include partner technologies, both hardware and software, to integrate and qualify as part of the Solutions Lifecycle. Create, publish and maintain technical documentation for the reference library.
  • Communicates progress toward project/program/engagement goals. Architect, build and lead proof-of-concept tests to help the successful conclusion of sales.
  • Work with Pre-Sales, Specialists, Partners and Customers to demonstrate Dell Technologies product and solutions superiority.
  • Provide technical management for solutions beta tests, develop test plans, participate in beta testing and able to handle multiple projects of moderate complexity simultaneously. Shows initiative and may lead projects.


Essential Requirements

  • Passionate technologist & team player
  • Articulate and have awesome presentation skills
  • Possess technical expertise in at least 3 areas - System Management, Networking, system administration, SAN, Backup Recovery
  • Strong Windows, Linux & vSphere7 hands-on experience and system administration skills
