What you’ll achieve
As an Associate Inside Sales Rep (AISR), you will deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team that address customers’ varying needs, either working on your own or with a subject matter expert on more complex solutions.

You will:

  • Responsible for driving pipeline generation for Dell ISG solutions (Storage, HCI, Data Protection & Cyber Resiliency) business in the assigned territory.
  • Perform outbound sales activities such as Cold calling, Lead follow-up, and Sales qualifications for assigned territory.
  • Qualify prospects and generate quality sales leads via tele-prospecting to follow up on marketing activities, inbound/outbound calls, online enquiries, etc.
  • Qualify customer requirement based on BANT methodology; in terms of budget, authority, business needs/obstacles and project timeline.
  • To achieve AISR KPI on number of appointment set, opportunity identified, pipeline generated, customer touched and new customer contact creation.

Essential Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with proven sales skills to build on
  • Eagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies portfolio
  • Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize
