MBA Intern - Strategy Team

Delivers business consulting projects that involve strategy development, organizational restructuring, and management improvement to maximize efficiencies. Works with senior management/leaders to determine long-term goals, organizational direction and structure by analyzing the business and making recommendations for changes and improvements. Provides guidance related emerging technologies, legal/regulatory trends, competitor threats, product evolution and obsolescence. Creates a long-term plan to ensure company is properly positioned for the future

Principal Responsibilities

  • Continuously monitors, identifies and implements the best practices, new tools and methods

  • Creates and implements high-impact executive level reporting strategy and presentations

  • Aligns multiple organizations around highly difficult or complex solutions and issues

  • Collaborates with leaders from teams and business units

  • Provides recommendations to senior management on strategic issues

  • Significant contributor to organization

Essential Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA curriculum

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Advanced presentation skills

  • Possesses and applies broad knowledge to complex assignments

  • Advanced business acumen

Desirable Requirements

  • Prior strategy consulting experience preferred

  • Advanced technical aptitude
