What you’ll achieve

Success in the Role: What are the performance goals over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
Provide technical direction for the development, and design of Cloud Native architectures, standards, and implementation approaches and systems integration for client engagement and product/ solution development from the definition phase through implementation.
As a member of the Cloud Native Architecture group, you will be expected to work with and contribute to its Kubernetes-based microservices architecture, and all your deliverables must align with the group’s development and deployment standards.
Demonstrate leadership in IT management by producing strategic and innovative concept proposals, and papers, and speaking at conferences.

Recognize system deficiencies and implement effective solutions.
Communicate and enforce best practices for building and running applications on Kubernetes
Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Manages client interactions and expectations regarding architectures.
Organizing tech talks and participating in meetups/events.

Essential Requirements
Experienced Software Enterprise Architect with demonstrated skills in designing PaaS solutions, enterprise middleware, and Java Spring microservices based mission-critical applications.
Understands complex enterprise, cloud-based concepts and effectively employs different design techniques; A clear understanding of cloud service and deployment models.
Experience with more than one relational database management systems; Understands the benefits and ideal uses of various programming languages.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with Senior level leaders.
Ability to travel and work on-site with customers and partners.
