Sales Manager, Transformational License Agreement

Join us as a Sales Manager on our Transformational License Agreement (TLA) team in Singapore to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

Key Responsibilities

Our Product Specialist will transform the sales motion to longer term and fundamentally drive the sales of TLAs.You will have immense opportunity to collaborate with a team of TLA program experts, who build large, complex TLAs with our most strategic clients across all industries and public within Singapore. Role will be based in Singapore.

You will:

  • Develop clear strategy to increase sales of TLAs across key vertical markets & strategic accounts.

  • Manage activity levels within accounts, including customer visits, pipeline management, opportunity development, etc.

  • Convert existing software install base and competitive white space to TLA.

  • Leverage internal resources and virtual teams across Dell Technologies, to structure highly differentiated TLA proposals.

Essential Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.

  • At least 5 years in selling software solutions or complex subscription models.

  • Outstanding communications and presentation skills, demonstrating an ability to engage and build relationships at all levels.

  • Relentless drive for results in a dynamic environment, while retaining focus on driving an outstanding customer experience.

Desirable Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of sales management experience.
