Senior Field Marketing Analyst
Assessing market trends, quantifying opportunities and developing marketing programs, Field Marketing at Dell Technologies is at the forefront of customer engagement. Responsible for a specific territory, department or product, our teams drive the business strategy – from making budget recommendations, roadmap planning, growth plans, tactical and strategic programs and informing content themes. Interacting directly with customers, partners and sales teams (as appropriate), and utilizing third-party customer data, they provide Dell’s product marketing and messaging team with game-changing feedback. They work within the BU team to better understand the needs and requirements of the sales force (buying/sales cycles, customer intelligence, etc.). At the highest level, they develop and drive marketing initiatives that are instrumental for growth and delivering better business outcomes.

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Field Marketing Analyst, you will be part of the team supporting the South Asia and Asia Emerging Markets, Client Solution Business
You will:
- Support the Regional Cycle Strategist and FMM, owns specific tasks while ramping as an under-study
- Participate in the development and execution of the go-to-market plans to support specific growth initiatives
- Product lifecycle management for a specific portfolio / line of business, from launch through till end-of-life
- Localize and adapt regional programs that achieve sales demand
- Execute product-led initiatives at a local level, working with cross-functional teams and ISVs, and
- Support segment-specific programs / initiatives (e.g. Acquisition) working with the BU CoC (Centre of Competence) and other cross-functional teams

Essential Requirements
• 2 to 5 years of related experience
• Advanced knowledge of business and marketing strategy, concepts tools and techniques, including promotions, direct mail, customer relations, and advertising
• Good communication skills, Strong project management and organizational skills
Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
