The scope of this role is the top level of the Inside Sales family for prospecting and driving sales programs to grow Dell Technologies' market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, sales qualifications and offer support to existing or new customers as well as generate incremental opportunity and revenue in under penetrated accounts
  • Manage & secure Dell Technologies asset base revenue in collaboration with Account Executive
  • Enable Account Executive additional selling time for Transformational Deals
  • Qualify incoming channel deal registrations, while building on partner relationships and identify key target markets and planning sales campaigns to drive demand in the region
  • Accurately update and utilize Salesforce.com to track all sales activities and opportunities
  • Consistently hit quarterly and annual activity metrics for customer calls, identified opportunities and revenue generated on solutions sold as well as maintain working knowledge of products and services, industry trends and competition in order to position Dell Technologies' products effectively with customers
  • Effectively leverage resources and the team available to drive transactional volume.

Essential Requirements

  • Some understanding of the Dell Technologies portfolio and the value add to customers
  • 2 years’ experience within the technology sector or similar experiences
  • Clear communication skills & ability to challenge and influence others
  • Result-driven
  • Team player
  • Ability to work in a changing team-oriented environment
  • Fluency in Swedish and English
