What you’ll achieve
As an Outside Sales Product Specialist, you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Leads the Channel Services Sales business for the CNE/WER regional, driving consistent Services Revenue growth through our Channel

  • Manages and develops the team of sales reps across the region while aligning tightly to both the Channel and Services strategy

  • Identifies business trends and leverages strengths of the channel to create a differentiated offering and position ourselves to capture business. Uses complementary solutions from the Channel as competitive strategy

  • Leads and represent the Services strategy and performance at partner QBR’s with the C level leadership while growing and developing these relationships. Regional Channel quota, measured against plan

  • Ensure engagement and relationship management with the Regional Services RSD’s and SSE/R’s to demonstrate a single and aligned Services Sales Strategy in EMEA, while driving and partnering with regional Channel GM’s to integrate Services as a core part of the GTM

Essential Requirements:

  • 8+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification + experience

  • Advanced oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership.

  • Proven experience with management and execution of plans with partners.
