What you’ll achieve

The role will report directly into the EMEA WSG leader and will manage a team of 12 senior Account Executives across EMEA. The role is responsible for delivering strategic return on investment by overall development of global alliance strategies to position WSG solutions into Alliance partner portfolios and building unique value propositions around these relationships.

You will

  • Act as the strategic leader of sales team responsible for the growth of WSG solutions business thru Alliances accounts in EMEA  - delivering revenue, margin, operating expense (OPEX) and productivity worktargets

  • Build, develop, manage and inspire the WSG Alliances EMEA based team ; be responsible for the hiring, staffing, career development and maintaining of a diverse and effective sales organization.

  • Assess how to best integrate the WSG value proposition with overall Dell Technologies proposition to Alliances partners and help develop the best common global strategy.

  • Manage expectations and communication to EMEA Alliances leader and peers in a matrix environment for engaging and delivering success in the business.

  • Establish regular interlocks across various internal and partner resources

Essential Requirements

  • 12- 15 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience ·

  • Past & successful track record in a similar capacity in selling complex solutions. proven track record in delivering exceptional sales results

  • Sharp business acumen, entrepreneur spirit and experiences desirable.

  • Acumen for storytelling, presentation, and visioning, Executive/CxO level engagement and relationships building, presentation skills

  • Good balance between strategic agility and operational execution
