Services Sales Executive

Taipei, Taiwan

Field sales role responsible for selling the company's deployment services, professional service, support warranty service, or outsourcing services to a geographic or vertical set of defined, important mid-size to major accounts.


  • In-depth knowledge of the breadth of deployment & support services offerings
  • Gains access to and manages relationships with customers, including senior executive
  • Identifies and qualifies services sales opportunities
  • Leads through the entire services sales process and delegates tasks
  • Identifies high-value or strategically important opportunities
  • Coaches and mentors junior professional staff


  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong team player to work with product sales team, services delivery team and services marketing team for formulating winning strategy
  • Able to assesses, allocate out high value and strategically important potential sales opportunities and develop value proposition for the EMC products solutions
  • Ability to develop long-term strategic and executive level relationships that shape the long term performance of the business
  • Experience in services selling for corporate or global customers
  • Able to act as a coach and mentor where required
  • Typically requires 12+ years of related experience in a relationship selling role with a Bachelor’s degree
