Transformation Program Manager

Transformation Program Management is a worldwide team that’s vital to the ongoing evolution of Dell Technologies. It has an impact on users, processes, technology and organizational change in business units right across the company. We lead on global, enterprise-wide, foundation programs, often valued above $50M, that use the Engineering Program Management protocol. What you’ll achieve

As a Transformation Program Manager, you will work as part of the Americas team of experienced Services Relationship Executives to turn challenged accounts around and proactively improve high value customer experience by ensuring solutions holistic and viewed with a long-term lens. You will be responsible for addressing complex issues for our customers to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction with our products and services. You will also provide advanced specialized expertise needed to resolve the most complex customer issues and drive innovation in product development as well as services and support processes. You will work across all parts of Dell Technologies and all customer segments to drive stability in solutions delivered.

You will:

  • Engage across the entire selling lifecycle to ensure the validity and stability of solutions and drive continuous improvement for all aspects of customer experience to include products, services, support and processes

  • Be frequently assigned to lead new project initiatives, gains support and commitment from others and mobilizes people to act.

  • Use judgment, creativity and extensive technical knowledge to formulate and recommend solutions, identify documents and reports design, reliability and serviceability issues.

  • Leverages extensive network across Dell EMC's technical community to bring attention to opportunities for Dell EMC products and solutions.

  • Extends Dell EMC's reputation for service and support excellence, with broad publication of white papers, industry publications, presentations at professional associations, etc.

Essential Requirements

  • Typically requires 15+ years of professional experience and 8-10 years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skills (or equivalent experience).

  • Understanding of Dell EMC's products and their value added to the customer

  • ITIL and Project Management certifications (one or more required).

Desirable Requirements

  • Analytical ability, communication and problem-solving skills as well as conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to lead, motivate and direct a workgroup.

  • Customer focused, ability to influence others to achieve results.
