Responsibilities

-End to end Account level ownership for planning and execution on large customer assigned accounts

-Partner with Sales and the CoC in relationship to targeted Customers and/or Partners

-Develop a clear understanding for those Customers of historical activity for Products and Services

-Collaborate with Sales, CoC, and Customer representatives to define short and near term requirements for Products and Services

-Align on Support strategies for Products and Product Content to meet the Customer requirements

-Communicate risks on Supplies and work with the Customer to align on optimal support plans.

-Work closely with planning on forecasting parts, builds, custom engagements and execution

Requirements

-BA and 10+ applicable industry experience

-Effective written and verbal communication skills

-Effective Collaboration and Project Management skills

-General Product knowledge regarding ISG Products

- Analytical skills; able to query, organize, and analyze data efficiently and effectively

-Direct Customer facing experience
