What you’ll achieve
As a Costing Analytics Consultant, you will collaborate with Services Finance, Accounting, and Delivery organizations to analyze and communicate the financial impact from Services cost changes. It is about making sure our leadership, pricing team, and BUs understand the magnitude of the impact and what are the driving the changes, so that they can plan and take actions accordingly.

You will:
Lead quarterly and ad-hoc costing analysis and prepare communication packages for executives and broader audience


Responsible for financial modeling of costing impact and profitability analysis. Creates forecasts, P&Ls and risk analysis for the various costing and pricing engagements

Validate Services SKU cost with actual services operational KPIs and provide feedback to Services Accounting and Finance team in a timely manner


Develop quarterly Services SKU Cost Review communication deck for Services & BU leadership and broader audience

Work closely with rest of global pricing team, DGA team, and other cross-functional stakeholders to define the best costing strategy

Essential Requirements
• 8+ years of related experience
Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skillset

• Strong financial and business acumen with an ability to understand financial drivers and communicate to executive leadership

• Quantitative analysis, attention to detail, and results driven
• Experience working in a Services pricing/costing environment is preferred
