Global Campaign Analytics and Insights Advisor

Internal clients across Dell rely on this role to analyze, test, validate and predict campaign performance for always-on optimization in real time.  This role collects, mines, interprets and visualizes data, which is then shared in digestible, easy-to-consume reports that inform decisions with a global impact.

What you’ll achieve

As the Global Campaign Analytics and Insights Advisor, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics, identifying trends that improve campaign and creative performance. You will encourage best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization, and as a trusted advisor to the business you will also support the Global B2B Campaign Team to determine requirements.

You will:

  • Optimize existing and determine future reporting and insights requirements aligned to the global B2B campaign strategy

  • Analyze data, formulate conclusions and provide summary analysis and interpretation to the Global B2B Campaign team and business leadership

  • Build and implement a reporting and insights strategy and develop sophisticated solutions for difficult problems

  • Deliver results that change campaign and creative insights and improve their effectiveness

  • Simplify and standardize reports at regular intervals, define and influence metrics definitions from a global perspective

Essential Requirements

  • 6+ years of related experience in similar roles

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Ability to collaborate and work in a geographically-dispersed team

  • Excellent technical aptitude and presentation skills

  • Sound knowledge of specific data intelligence and experience with business processes  

Desirable Requirements

  • Visual storytelling
