Digital Experience Operations Portfolio Manager (Remote US Anywhere)

The Digital Experience (DX) domain in Dell Digital is focused on driving the unification of the customer experience across Dell Technologies’ digital experiences and delighting all Dell Technologies customers with a single, personalized, consistent digital experience. We are seeking a Portfolio Manager who will partner with internal and external Dell Digital teams to facilitate the planning and operations of DX.

This strategic, proactive & collaborative thinker will proactively partner & collaborate with the Digital Experience leadership team and organizations to manage all aspects of organization operations, including the portfolio of investments, org KPIs and compliance, effectively communicate to a wide variety of executive stakeholders, and lead various strategic initiatives on behalf of the organization’s leader.

The role will report to the Chief of Staff of Dell Digital Experience as a trusted advisor and be a collaborative, solutions-oriented partner across Dell Digital and across Dell Technologies’ stakeholders.

As a DX Portfolio Manager, you will:

  • Champion the annual planning process for DX. Partner with teams such as Digital Portfolio Governance and Infrastructure and Platform Engineering to become an SME on their various planning processes. You’ll then work closely with teams within DX to ensure those processes are followed, deadlines are met, and projects are sized correctly.
  • Take ownership of compliance processes within DX such as trainings, tracking requirements etc
  • Act as a “utility player” when necessary to pick up ad hoc projects, dig into the details, and work with necessary team members to resolve – often with a quick turnaround
  • Identify areas of opportunity for process improvement within DX and work with multiple internal teams to implement changes
  • Work closely with DX L5 strategists to compile data for reporting/briefing executive leadership teams

Essential Requirements

  • Strong organizational. planning & program management skills; understands and can execute on the planning process, ability to multi-task, comfortable with ambiguity and able to self-prioritize work based on fast-paced deadlines
  • Proactive in driving programs to completion and in engaging relevant stakeholders
  • Strategic, collaborative approach to solving problems with ideas that benefit the entire organization
  • Aptitude for executive / strategic planning – can drive and communicate the bigger picture and how organizational and finance KPIs enable the business
  • Must be a crisp, effective verbal and written communicator and able to scale and adapt communications for a variety of audiences

Desirable Requirements

  • Planning, program management & delivery experience is desired
  • Master's Degree in Technology or Business Management
