Join us as a Senior Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team in Tokyo, Japan to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. The position will start as a 1 year contract with a chance of being converted to permanent.

• Fill vacancies against rigorous time, quality and service demands, prioritizing both volume and specialty openings
• Build the candidate pipeline via various channels such as advertising (print and web based), employee referrals, direct sourcing and personal networking
• Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain in-depth understanding of the requirements for the role and key skills needed
• Build a strong pipeline of passive candidates through proactive sourcing techniques like Boolean, LinkedIn and other search techniques
• Regularly track pipeline, run reports and share with Head of TA and Hiring Managers

Essential Requirements
• 5 years of experience within Talent Acquisition (agency or in-house)
• Experience to directly source, approach and engage with candidates.

• Experience in sourcing for sales, pre-sales and technical roles across APJ markets

• Experience hiring for technology companies with added advantage if has any SaaS or IPaaS background
• Outstanding customer focus to create candidate and stakeholder experience, ability to build and maintain relationships
• Process orientation, consulting skills, excellent communication

• Working experience across APJ markets

• Added advantage of experience in Japan hiring

• SaaS and IPaaS industry experience
