【業務内容】

  • 営業と協力して、効果的な分析を行い、洞察力を共有し、パフォーマンスを向上させるための重要な取り組みに影響を与える

  • 目標達成、収益増加、戦略達成のための深堀り分析の実施

  • 四半期ごとの業績を正確に示し、問題点を指摘し、実行可能で偏りのない情報と提案を提供するために、プレゼンテーション、書面による要約、データの視覚化を通じてデータストーリーを作成する。

  • 自動化/予測ツールを使用した収益予測の管理、運営、報告、各地域における予測ツールおよびダッシュボードの採用推進

  • 週、月、四半期ごとの予測プロセス、統合、分析の推進

  • 他部門(財務、見積、データチームなど)との連携を図り、特定の目的に対する報告ニーズに対応する

  • プロセス効率を向上させるデータ品質、プロセス、自動化活動の推進

  • タイムリーに正確なデータを提供する


【必要なスキル】

  • 3~5年以上のIT業界でのオペレーション業務の経験

  • 高度なMSオフィススキル(Excel、Power Automate(Flow)、PowerPoint、SharePoint

  • Oracle、SAP、SFDCなどのCRMおよびERPシステムの使用経験

  • SFDC、SAP Business Objects、Power BIでのカスタムレポートやダッシュボードの作成経験

  • 高いモチベーションを持ち、自ら行動し、戦略的・分析的思考を持ち、実行力があり、変化するビジネスニーズに柔軟に対応し、細部にまで目を配ることができる方

  • テンポの速い環境で自律的に仕事をする能力、実践的なアプローチ、マルチタスクの能力

  • 口頭および書面での優れたコミュニケーション能力

The APAC Renewals Organization is looking for a detail oriented and analytical individual in Japan. This position reports to the Manager of APAC Renewals Sales Operations. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales to deliver effective analytics, share insights, and influence alignment on critical efforts to improve performance
  • Perform deep dive analyses to support goal achievement, revenue acceleration, and drive achievement to strategies
  • Craft data stories through presentations, written summaries, and data visualizations that accurately present quarterly performance, outline problem statements and provide actionable and unbiased intelligence and recommendations.
  • Administer, manage and report on revenue forecasting using VMware methodology and automation/forecasting tools; drive adoption of forecasting tools and dashboards within respective region
  • Drive weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecast process, consolidation and analysis
  • Work and collaborate with cross functional departments (finance, quoting, data teams, etc.) to ensure additional ad-hoc reporting needs are delivered
  • Drive data quality, process and automation activities that improve process efficiencies
  • Accuracy in work delivered and in a timely manner

Required Skills:

  • Native level Japanese and Business level English
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in operational role in a related industry
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Power Automate (Flow), PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, & SFDC
  • Experience with building custom reports and dashboards on SFDC, SAP Business Objects, Power BI
  • Highly motivated, self-starter, strategic/analytical thinker with a can-do attitude, flexibility to accommodate evolving business needs and a keen eye for details
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach and demonstrated ability to multi-task
  • Good verbal and written communicator
