This critical EMEA-based role will support the Global organization in driving growth and profitability through assessing data trends, tracking ongoing run the business performance, developing forward-looking financial plans and recommendations, identifying risks and opportunities, driving strategic initiatives, and coordinating efforts across key partners and stakeholders. Additionally, this role will require someone who thrives working in a fast-paced and growth-oriented function and who can lead teams to successful outcomes.

Role Responsibilities

- Coordinate and lead sales compensation design and communications for the EMEA region throughout the year

- Partner with Regional Sales Compensation Operations team to support monthly processes and analyses

- Partner with Regional HR teams to support Works Council processes and communications

Essential Requirements

- 10+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Strong background in related disciplines (Sales, Sales Operations, Finance) including delivery on business goals and strategy
- Thorough understanding of Dell EMCs business priorities, strategy, and direction
- Understanding and management of customer business needs and expectations
- Manages critical projects, customer engagements or business processes
