You will

• Be a subject matter expert in Remote Access and Firewall technologies

• Design, document & deploy network & remote access security solutions (including new features)

• Provide Level 3 support for network & remote access type escalations

• Participate in security projects & customer engagements

• Effectively manage and report on project progress

Essential Requirements

• Experience with Palo Alto Network is key

• Degree in computer science or related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience can be substituted for educational requirements. 7+ years’ experience in security networking

• Very good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, SSL

• Good knowledge of remote access, including authentication, authorization, monitoring & logging

• Experience with security processes and documentation

Desirable Requirements

• Experience with Palo Alto Global Protect & Prisma.

• Firewalls skills including Checkpoint or SonicWALL

• Networking experience including routing (BGP).

• Industry certifications relevant to the role such as: CCNA, CCNP, CCSA, ACE, PCCSA, PCNSA, PCNSE etc.

• CISSP or equivalent
