Global Solutioning is a Solutioning operation within the Dell Technologies Services Organisation focussing on the creation and governance of custom support, deployment and consulting services offers (Statements of Work).

This graduate opportunity is for a Pre-sales Solutions Architect position within the UK Solutioning team and will be predominately focussed on data centre solution services. 


Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Tasked with creation of Services Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Uses level of effort estimation tools to produce estimates and helps to ensure delivery and distribution of the detailed SOW developed for pre-sales, solutions principal, and the customer based on requirements.
  • Developing knowledge on breadth of Dell Technologies Services offerings.
  • Confident in lower management level presentation and engagement.
  • Prepare, maintain and submit clear and concise activity/progress and time reports in accordance with published procedure and tools.
  • Maintain repositories according to process and procedures.


Essential Requirements

  • Technical aptitude for Data Centre and infrastructure products and services
  • Time management skills cross-functional skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Enjoys working in an evolving team environment
  • Must meet New Grad Hiring Eligibility Requirements and graduated from a 3+ year university approved institution within the past 0-12 months.
