Role Overview

The Large Enterprise Programs Team is rapidly expanding its “Design-Build” capability. This function comprises Project & Program Managers, Security Architects & Consultants and the new role of Senior Business Analyst. We are currently looking for Senior Business Analysts with proven experience in the development of requirements specifications, design validation and test scenario creation.

The Senior Business Analyst role will form the linchpin of the delivery organisation, transforming the way formal requirements are captured (using semi-formal methods – including but not limited to: structured workshops, facilitated sessions, group interviews, questionnaires and use cases).  This role will actively support the Architects in the development of the formal design for our clients’ solutions.

You are responsible for the development and delivery of requirements specifications, design validation, security operations centre runbooks and test scenarios.  

This role will contribute to the development, maturation, and delivery of a security programs, architecture, implementation and tuning of security services. You will be a key member of a team responsible for executing strategic engagements for our Design-Build practice, including assisting security services sales, managing program execution, and customer relationships in order to grow our Design-Build business. You will work closely with the rest of the security services delivery organization and services sales organization in order to identify, qualify and maximize revenue for the full information security services portfolio, for both existing and new accounts.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Business Analyst Consultant will have customer-centric abilities with proven experience interacting with the customers and managing customer engagements.  And will include but not be limited to:

  • Support Security Architect
    • Capture formal technical requirements
    • Review Architectural Security Designs
    • Foster strong teamwork and knowledge sharing across Secureworks
  • Leverage and improve on global operational processes, procedures, and tools
  • Ensure that operational processes and policies are followed
  • Oversee scoping and delivery of client and team-internal projects to ensure appropriate:
    • Scope
    • Resources (human and technical) assigned
    • Timelines
    • Client satisfaction
  • Extensive travel across EMEA – expectation for 60-70% travel

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in a IT, Information Security or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energetic, proactive, ability to learn quickly, and work well in a team environment
  • Demonstrate strong consultative skills
  • One industry recognised BA certification (PMI - PBA, ISEB BA, CPRE, ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, CBATL etc) or willingness to become certified

  • Interest/experience in cyber security
