Within Telco Infrastructure Solution Sales (ISG), we are looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Telco accounts in ISG Storage growth in our EMEA/MERAT theatre.

Key Responsibilities:

The Manager of Telco ISG Storage EMEA will work with 11 curated  key Telco accounts and their teams of dedicated and shared resources to provide solutions, develop new business, ensure satisfaction and maintain positive ongoing relationships with the customer and selling teams. They will be responsible for the overall sales strategies and generating results from the client.

You will:

  • Perform leadership and management of sales activities and programs to derive growth from the Account Teams, Core Sales Teams and Specialists on assigned customers performing duties such as building relationship with CTO and main Network, IT, Operations and Business stakeholders, identify and qualify sales opportunities, Coordinate the value proposition, Achieve sales results, track and forecast sales activities by accurately utilizing tools and systems, Influence Quota Setting, Validating performance, and meeting KPIs.
  • Interlock with other peer management teams, Channel, OEM, Global Alliance and Partners in overseeing Go to Market strategy for the assigned customers. Meet or exceed sales targets in an assigned market with a Dell Technologies Team. Ensure sales objectives are achieved quarterly and annually.
  • Effectively leverage a matrix of internal resources and peer managers (e.g. Sales Manager, Technical Consultants, Solution Specialists, Global Financial Services) and local resources to drive transactional volume.
  • Collaborate with your manager to develop programs, solution architectures, key partnerships and strategic plans to drive Account teams on key opportunities and plan sales campaigns.  Build and develop relationships with an assigned team and maintains contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, basic and complex issue resolution, and Dell Technologies’ footprint expansion.
  • Maintain working knowledge of products and services, industry trends, interface with the Telco Product Solution teams and our competitive differences to position Dell products effectively with customers.

Essential requirements:

  • Ability to build and foster relationships with customers as well as key internal stakeholders, influence others to achieve results while working in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Telco Industry and/or customers in EMEA Theatre
  • Solid understanding of the IT Market and Dell Value Proposition and Telco market ideal.
  • Communications and consultative selling skills, results driven mind set
  • Fluency in English is a must
