Business Operations Associate
The Business Operations Associate will be part of the MAPBU Delivery Operations team and will play an active role in driving multiple business projects and strategic initiatives to completion for the Services organization. This role will work with the Delivery Operations, Delivery leadership and cross-functional business partners to drive business value and operational efficiency.
The Business Operations Associate must also develop strong relationships in order to understand and highlight the challenges experienced across the organization at all levels, especially the Services Leadership team, including Theatre Leaders, Area and Region Leaders, and Delivery Leads.
Key Responsibilities:
Support services by centralizing, executing and automating operational tasks
Develop critical business insights based on analysis of data and trends
Provide KPI measurements including revenue, opportunity pipeline, backlog, sales bookings, utilization and headcount requirements to support Area Operations and Delivery leader decision making
Develop and maintain key operational dashboards and status reports in partnership with finance, ops and delivery leaders
Drive process efficiencies
Build ad hoc analysis and presentations for leadership
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Business Operations, Finance or Analytics and reporting, preferably in a technology company
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence internal and potentially external stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to interact, communicate and build relationships with senior level personnel.
Must be effective working independently and in a team setting.
Flexible, results/action-oriented, ability to adapt to changing priorities and competing demands
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookups, database, etc))
Proficient in PowerPoint and building executive level presentations
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through with a high-level of accuracy
Able to research, understand and succinctly explain complex business issues and analyze business impacts
Experience exercising judgment and discretion with sensitive/confidential and proprietary information
Experience using Salesforce and Tableau and able to quickly leverage other internal tools and systems
Experience as a financial analyst in an investment banking program a plus
Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Finance or related field
