The Client Solutions Sales Engineeringteam isthe vehicle that enables Dell’s sales teams to successfully identify and accelerate client endpoint solutions associated with Client, Cloud Computing and Desktop Virtualization.As the leader in thisorganization,you will be a key partofgrowing the client business.
What you’ll achieve
As aSales Engineering Leader, you will be providing guidance, motivation, andbuilding upa team of customer facing sales engineers to be an integral part of aregionalpre-sales team. Your keyachievementwillbe supporting thewesternregionofsalesmakersandcustomers,empoweringthem tosuccessfullyleverageDell client solutions.
You will:
Provide direction, development and inspiration toremoteteam memberstoachieve strategic andfinancialobjectives
Developand support the career growth of your direct reportsboth technically and professionally
Collaborate withcross-functional resourcestoacceleratesales &resolve customerexceptionsquickly
Understand the market the company and our competitors operate, including our business/industry in general, and use that knowledge to plan future strategic customer engagements
Manage the hiring, staffing and maintaining diverse and effective workforce

Essential Requirements
8+ years ofcustomer facingsalesorengineering experiencewith2+ years oftechnicalleadershipexperience
Strong communication,initiative, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills
Experiencing in developingand implementingstrategic direction forateam to achieve goals
High level of solutions and technical knowledgewithClient, Cloud Computing and Desktop Virtualization
DesirableRequirements
Bachelor’s degreeor equivalentexperience
Capacity to influence and engage other internal teams and stakeholders
Direct customer engineering experience
