What you’ll achieve

This internship will build an internal marketing campaign to support our internal organization (Dell Technologies’ growth plan 2025) and engagement towards Dell Technologies’ Corporate Social Responsibility.

You will:

  • Align with various stakeholders to build a strong communication and marketing plan to create awareness and participation in Employee Resource Groups.
  • Contribute to Dell Technologies’ Corporate Social Responsibility by creating a full marketing campaign to attract participants from Dell Technologies, partner companies, and customers.
  • Support (communication, event support, feedback collection, social media support) the key teams in the different initiatives of Dell Technologies’ Growth Plan 2025.
  • Participate in strategic Growth Plan related discussions with different stakeholders to align on internal and external goals, process improvements and progress.
  • You will learn to work independently in a hybrid workforce (onsite and working from home) within a global corporation.
  • Work on overflow tasks from the marketing team within the company.   
  • Participate in special projects as needed.

Essential Requirements

  • Dutch+ English OR French + English

  • Ongoing undergraduate course work. 
  • Pragmatic approach.
  • Productivity and excellent communications and presentation skills both real life and virtual.   
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain organization in day-to-day activities.   
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Having creative ideas to inspire and engage people.
  • Being interested in social causes in one of the following domains: diversity, planet and ecology, work-life balance, young employees, and connectivity between people.
  • Ability to communicate well with senior-level team members
