工作职责:  

1、负责规范Dell零售市场,维护现有渠道并执行渠道政策;

2、开拓宝鸡/咸阳市内及郊县的零售渠道,提高公司产品销量;

3、开发及管理新客户,维护客户关系;

 4、对所负责区域的终端店面进行管理(常驻片区),包括:

店面管理——包括产品出样、陈列,促销物料、宣传资料、手写海报的管理,新品培训;

人员管理——促销员的考核及培训,店面终端销售人员的培训,不定期客户小规模培训;

市场管理——针对品牌/店面/竞品,执行市场活动, 管控价格,确保客户单台利润。

二、岗位要求: 

1、有二年以上电脑(数码)产品销售经验;

2、优秀应届生,全职销售经验,能吃苦,服从公司安排也可考虑;

3、大专学历以上,具备基本英语能力;

5、较强的培训能力和培训技巧,较强的沟通能力和主观能动性;

6、良好的执行能力和时间管理能力;

7、有其他品牌电脑销售渠道管理经验,优先考虑。

8、接受一定频度的出差。

What you’ll achieve
As a Retail Account Manager, you will drive activities that increase the sale of products and positive customer experiences, working with stores within a territory to drive productivity goals.
You will:
• Manage a small number of lower complexity stores in a defined geography
• Gain access to and manage relationships with Channel partners at store level in the given geographical area
• Coordinate onsite operational activities for the assigned partner
