关键职责:

1. 使用电话,邮件等通讯工具/社交媒体等形式开拓新客户,维护现有客户资源,向目标客户销售戴尔的产品和解决方案。

2. 制定销售计划,进行销售预测,达成业绩指标。

3. 洞察市场动态以及行业趋势,了解客户所受影响及动态,积极主动帮助客户对应新的挑战。

基本要求:

1. 大专以上学历,可接受优秀的应届毕业生。

2. 积极主动的心态,持续推动销售进展,达成销售目标。

3. 具备良好的学习主动性和学习能力。

4. 有韧性,具备克服困难和复杂环境的主动性和方法。

5. 基本的英语读写能力。

期望的要求:

1. 有销售经验者优先考虑。

Inside Sales Supervisor

They take to market a product portfolio that includes PCs, electronics, accessories, mobility products, enterprise solutions, services and packaged software. Inside Sales Management is all about managing, inspiring and motivating our employees. Beyond day-to-day people management, the Inside Sales Manager also shapes, executes and communicates specific sales strategies.

What you’ll achieve
As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will guide and manage a team responsible for building and developing business relationships with customers, directing their efforts to drive growth and achieve strategic and operational objectives.
You will:
• Supervise and build a strong, diverse and engaged team
• Train, develop and mentor team members on products and selling techniques
• Support career development/planning, performance and pay discussions with team members
• Be accountable for the day-to-day operations of an area managing processes, programs and initiatives
• Drive outstanding customer experience by delivering technology solutions tailored to customer needs while ensuring the removal of barriers and driving strategic alignment in the group
