What you’ll achieve
As a Material Planning Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end order fulfillment to improve customer order experience and deliver dell internal business target, and driving supply chain process continuous improvement with cross functional partners
You will:
Plan and prioritize resources for order fulfilment – order priority, build/ship capacity plan, etc. and continue to improve process capability through digitization and automation power
Drive backlog fulfilment to meet corporate business plan, which involve backlog ship planning, end-to-end risk assessment, execution tracking
Manage distress orders and late risk orders to ensure on time delivery
Improve order visibility for customer experience and support order solution to sales escalations
Involved with local or business specific engagement initiatives in support of broader programs
