Quality Assurance Engineer

What you’ll achieve
As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the Desktop PC or Server quality of Dell Xiamen factory and driving quality metrics to plan. You will work with Quality Control team on quality assurance.
You will:
- Work under general directions.
- Responsible for managing the Desktop PC or Server quality of Dell Xiamen factory and driving quality metrics to plan. And continue improving factory processes to achieve the WW best product quality.
- Also involve into design improvement, supplier quality management and customer feedback
- Manages customer engagements or quality processes in department level by co-operating with cross-functional teams
- Drive quality solution, reduce resolving lead time, reduce quality cost and support smart production

Essential Requirements
- Fresh Graduate or will graduate in 2022.6-2023.6
- At least a Bachelor's Degree.
- Mechanical or Electronic related major is preferred.
- Good communication skills Good at oral, written and listening English.
