Graduate Program -Associate Inside Sales (French)

Start Date: February 2021

Join us as an Associate Inside Sales on our Next Generation Sales Academy team in EMEA to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.

We have multiple openings for graduate talents to join our diverse team in Zurich, we are looking for Native French speakers supporting the Swiss Romandie Region.

What you'll achieve

Our Next Gen Sales (Graduate) Program was created to develop the next generation of Dell Technologies salesleaders of the future. Through an comprehensive training and enablement programme, we are focused on developing early career talent along an accelerated career path. You will be given the opportunity to learn from inspiring colleagues across the organization, deepening your industry knowledge through a structured learning environment and much more.

Key Responsibilities:

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building business with existing customers, you will also develop relationships with new clients.

The opportunity is here to work in a thriving, diverse talent and customer focused organization, gaining valuable sales experience progressing your career how and as you wish.

You will:

  • Perform outbound sales activities such as calling, follow-up requests, sales qualifications and offer extension to new and/or existing B2B enterprise customers and create demand
  • Develop effective Dell Technologies messaging while uncovering opportunities to be passed to Outside Account Executives and develop Account Management Skill Set, by offloading critical tasks from the Account Executives
  • Maintain good business relationships with our customers and partners to understand their needs, relay product information and support with quotations and tenders
  • Daily tasks will include quoting, pricing, asset management and contact acquisition, meet activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments and opportunities identified
  • Maintain contact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution and support to drive the expansion of Dell Technologies’ footprint and provide an improved customer experience by offering immediate response and feedback

Essential Requirements:

  • A strong work ethic, drive and enthusiasm
  • Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Research skills, curiosity about business components, attention to detail
  • University or FH degree (graduated 2020-2021)
  • French native language skills, English fluent


Desirable Requirements:

  • Passion for sales and technology
