Job Description
Location: Dalian, Liaoning, China

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide answers to customer query thru telephone regarding the MWD(Missing, Wrong and Damage), Order Status and Quotes.
2. Generate reports regarding the MWD case for upper management
3. Conference call with Japanese MWD team,Xiamen and APCC manufacturing team
4. Serve for Japanese Customer Only

- 日本のお客様を対象とした、お客様が購入されたデル製品に関するお問い合わせの電話対応業務
- 納期問い合わせに関する電話対応と調査
- 商品納入後の欠品等の問い合わせに関する電話対応と調査
- その他、お客様からの問い合わせ受付及び対応

Bachelor's degree
·Fluent in Japanese
·Basic PC usage experience (Can use Keyboard and Mouse)
·Basic PC Software skill (MS-Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet web browser)
·Good Communication and Leadership
·Work Experience in Call Center or Sales section of company.
·Well understanding of Japanese culture and business manner
·Good conversation manner
·Logical thinking skills
·Be punctual for the promise with customers
Interactions:
Regularly interacts with Japanese customers, sometimes in trouble. Interactions normally involve emotional situations
Which requires the agent to keep a cool head and communicate with sympathy and polite manner.
【資格要件】
- 基本 PC スキルのある方, outlook, word, excel 使用できる、ハードの名前をわかる程度,ブラインドタッチできる
- コミュニケーションスキルが、旨く質問を聞く、丁寧に質問を答える
- ロジック的な考え方で仕事の管理できる、数字のデータに敏感
- 責任感がある、約束を守れる、自己管理が強い
- 健康で明るく、変化に柔軟に対応することができる方
- 電話業務経験のある方、営業経験者歓迎(2 年以上の経験あれば尚可), 電話応対のスキル、ビジネスマナーを備える、敬語を使える
- コールセンターの管理指標になれてプレッシャに強いか
