What is your current role?
My current role at Dell Technologies is Workplace Sales Group Account Executive. It is a global position and I have the opportunity to engage with all cross-functional teams involved. I’ve been in this role for only 2 quarters; however, I do have previous experience in this line of work that also focused on customer satisfaction. Currently, my main customer is LVMH Group which is the #1 EMEA CSG customer and a premier worldwide French luxury group. It has been amazing learning so much while working with high-profile customers.

Why did you decide to join Dell Technologies?
I decided to join Dell Technologies about 15 years ago because I really believe it’s important to be involved in human progress. In my opinion, these advancements are not possible without the inclusion of technology. I knew that Dell Technologies was doing big things to drive human progress, and I wanted to play my part.

How many roles have you had during your tenure at Dell Technologies?
I’ve had three roles: Administrative Sales Representative (ASR), Inside Sales Representative (ISR) and now, Account Executive Workplace Sales Group (AE WSG). Throughout the years I’ve learned that my curiosity and empathy are vital to my personal and professional development. I believe being authentic and showing genuine interest in the people working with you is essential for your career. That means never hesitate to ask questions about other projects, solutions, visions, or your peers’ perspectives. Not only because this is necessary to stay informed, but also because it’s always important to prioritize people in the enterprise world.

How has Dell Technologies contributed to your success?
I imagine my career as a journey and Dell Technologies as my partner. Dell Technologies has helped me take each step along the way and assisted me with outlining my goals. The connections that I’ve made with mentors and leaders over the years has also shaped me into the person I am now.

What are you most proud of during your time at Dell Technologies?
A few years ago in Hawaii, I won the President Club Award and even had the chance to meet Michael Dell.  It was an honor and an amazing opportunity that further improved my career progression.

Did you ever think you would be where you are today?
Absolutely! At Dell Technologies everything is possible if you work hard. A wonderful example of this is Dell Technologies program called ‘Release Your Potential’, which is catered to their female employees. I think these kinds of programs are a great way to reduce gender inequity in the workplace. It not only helped me realize and set my goals, but also further developed my unlocked potential. During the 6-month program, I was able to benefit from personalized coaching and gain advice from other women in similar situations as myself.

What would you say to encourage others to join Dell Technologies?
No matter what your expectations are, at Dell Technologies you will always find your place to embrace the career you’ve always wanted.

Do you have any interests or hobbies outside of work that you would like to share?
When I have free time, I go to my family’s winery and enjoy the nature. I also love to walk on the beach near my home in the South of France and eat oysters on sunny weekends. As often as possible, I go to visit my son who lives in San Diego, California and plays soccer for an American university. And of course, I like to spend time with friends and family!
